Clare was drawn to Food Styling and Recipe Development after working in London as a Chef at The Square and The Rivercafé. Passionate about fresh, seasonal and beautifully appetising food, her inspired approach is authentic and natural. With a personal interest and talent in creating recipes targeted for optimal health, balanced nutrition, raw and whole foods. Clare is an organised and proficient food stylist with a calm and composed nature, highly skilled in both food preparation and presentation.
Work includes recipe and concept development, editorial and advertising. Clients; Domaine Chandon, five:am, Spud Bar, Aura, Inside Out Magazine, Cook like an Italian by Tobie Puttock, Australian Gourmet Traveller, The Age Sunday Life magazine, Crown Casino, MiLel, Cape Mentelle, Kailis Organic, Latina Fresh and Don Smallgoods.
